Hi Linda, Good approach to improving your instruction. It sounds like you work hard at reviewing the evaluations and making changes where you see them needing to be made. By constantly striving to improve instruction, you are illustrating to your students that you care about not only them in their current course, but future students as well. You want to be better at what you like to. My personal mission statement is “Impacting this generation, influencing the next”.
