In this section I learned to change up the pace in order to be a better Instructional Delivery Expert (IDE). It could mean taking a 20 second pause, bringing in a guest speaker, or even changing my delivery from Drill Sergeant to Socratic method style teaching. Overall, organization and having everything ready to go is a big plus because it reduces distractions.
