Thomas, Great! We all have a personality, good or bad. As instructors we need to be a role model for our students, along with providing the best degree of instruction possible - all the time. Different personalities can manefest different ways. But I believe all have the capability of being approachable, patient, kind and caring, having a good sense of humor, and a willigness to listen. These simple traits can carry the credibility of an instructor far, and create trust among the students. Who would not not want an instructor like that? Barry Westling
