Thomas,
Great! We all have a personality, good or bad. As instructors we need to be a role model for our students, along with providing the best degree of instruction possible - all the time. Different personalities can manefest different ways. But I believe all have the capability of being approachable, patient, kind and caring, having a good sense of humor, and a willigness to listen. These simple traits can carry the credibility of an instructor far, and create trust among the students. Who would not not want an instructor like that?
