I like this flow! Just to amplify, each teacher will have their own version of doing this. We can't be artificial because students will sense that. Being sincere and honest in our approach with students in an upbeat, positive manner, in ouer own way is like saying "I'm apprachable, willing and wanting to help, and I encourage you to do your best, and I'm here to help you do that". How nice when that happens on a regular basis.
