Wonderful. I like your comments, especially about curiosity and self learning. Whatever we can do for students to create a desire for lifelong learning will help them in every setting - not just work. And having a natural curiosity about their work and in their lives produces opportunities for critical thinking, and that will lead to improved work performance, and a more abundant, richer life in general.
