Hi Joel, True, very true. Students do pick up on subleties that an instructor may or may not be aware of. But in the positive, when effort is given to the planning, gathering of resources, being available to to students when they arrive, with clear directions for the daily lesson, along with a thorough presentation involving multiple pre-planned activities, that will convey the teacher is prepared and ready to conduct business, and is serious about it. Regardless of delivery sytle or personality type, students will see there has be an organized attempt at preparing for class. Barry Westling
