When I'm organized, I have put thought, planning, time, and effort into making sure everything is ready, class runs smoothly and relaxed, and any materials needed are readied. This shows the students I care and it's important to be ready. I like to be the first one to class, straighten up (if needed), and just "be there" for students - to chat informally, answer a few questions, or give encouragement and personalize the teacher-student relationship.
