Good way to double check all things are in order. The biggest problem I've run into with my faculty is waiting till the last minute, assuming everything they need or depend on will be available. When the run into delays, it impairs the flow of class, and students notice the teacher was not prepared. Experience helps, but also, discipline and order can contribute to preparation more as much as time management.
