One thing that stood out to me was how many different ways there are to help learners overcome barriers in their job search, from preparing for employer concerns to exploring self-employment and record relief. I plan to apply this by helping learners focus on practical next steps, build confidence, and recognize that challenges don’t have to prevent them from moving forward.
Its important to know your worth, know your skills and have the ability and mindset to stay motivated and keep pushing forward. Accept any challenges and convince yourself that it happened for a reason while also believing that when one door closes another one opens.
When presented with a challenge its important to take a step back and get a clear picture of other opens or opportunities out there. Its a great time to work on one self while also encouraging self to accept the challenge and explore other options.
