I learned that confidence can grow when learners have small, realistic goals and recognize the skills they already have. I plan to use this by helping learners break the job search into manageable steps and reminding them of the progress they’ve already made.
Rebuilding confidence by rebuilding a resume, interview skills, and reframing job searching are the little steps that add up to big changes for anyone making a big life change.
Assuring to set smart goals, attending and completing certifications or workshops to better support your skill set while assuring to actively continue to network. Continuing develop and have a set plan on how to better your skill set and work environment while seeking feedback.
