Figuring out how to evaluate teacher performance can be tricky since there are so many different approaches. It’s really important to think about the unique needs and goals of each educational system before deciding on the best criteria to use.

I have always heard of National Boards but I have not looked in to it much. I want to continue to learn more and encourage my teachers to apply.
I have learned there is a variety of measures of gauging teacher performance. Choosing the standards can be difficult and one needs to take thought in what each systems needs are.
