Cohorts
When schools create cohort partnerships, does the cohort partnership be reported to TWC? Other school will be instructing a degree based program forwhich that are approved on our campus (we offer certificate based programs.

The "cohort partnership" you describe sounds like a "consortium agreement" where a school/college enters into a written agreement with another institution where the other school teaches a course or courses that count for credit at your school - or vice versa. Other types of agreements are possible, but I find no specific reference to such in the TWC CSC regulations. That said, I suggest you contact your TWC CSC representative early in the process for their input as to the TWC CSC reporting expectations. It is likely that such agreements are acceptable but may require a simple notification to the TWC CSC.
