Unsavory Practices

I have seen everything in 12 years in the Education Business. I will never compromise my integrity to get someone to enroll in my school. This is a life altering moment for the student and for them to make a wrong decsion based on something I said is something I can not live with. Treat them as if they are your own family.

I agree. What we do is sales based but is more customer service oriented. If we do not have the best interest of the student in mind, we are doing EVERYONE a dis-service.

I think your statement to "treat them as your own family" is a great mantra as we interact with students. No matter how great our school is I understand we are not a fit for ever student. I want them to be informed so they can make a decision that will benefit them for the rest of their life. I would not want my children misled so I won't do that to another person's child.
