Real Team Management
I've really enjoyed this course, but my experience with the corporative thinking is that at the end of the day, if your team doesn't achieve the goals which been set by the organization, that would be a failure for you and team. The corporative culture is highly competitive and every CEO thinks of reaching to higher objective and creating more revenue for company and make the shareholders or beneficiaries happier. I still bieleive I've learnt a lot for how to manage a team but still I need to learn and understand pollicies and expectations of the leadership of company to keep my team and myself a secure place in the company!!
