Instructional delivery & assessment
Instructional delivery & assessment are the characteristics of a good educator. As an educator you should be good in delivering instructions to your student along with patience, this is important so the students will be able to build trust and confidence that they are receiving proper education. Assessment, for nurses it is important to have a good skill to asses patients, in that way you can initiate a proper plan of care, same as for assessing the students, you should be able to identify the students strength and weaknesses to be able to properly help them to obtain their goal in education.
