As someone with 15 years of experience in education outside of CTE, the past two years have been a deep dive into catching up with CTE terminology, quantitative data, and the unique goals of these programs. I am learning a lot from this course on CTE data types and collection and it is making me be more reflective as a CTE building level assistant director, in terms of what types of data are we using.  Areas of needed improvement in the bigger picture, and creating safety nets in terms of validation, etc.
