I've learned to over prepare is ok when instructing a new class, it gives you more content specially if you're a new instructor. Also taking notes about mistakes made in class can help you not make the same mistake in future classes.

I've learn that it can be challenging to deal with some of these type of students in your class, but also not to give up on them, knowing when enough is enough, so your other students don't suffer.  

I've learn key indicators of the different type student behavior that may be in your class room.

I have learn that self reflection is important specially after a class is over to evaluate the students and your performance as the instructor. As an individual there's always room for improvement and taking that time to see what work and what didn't in the the class will help in the future.

Learning thing you can do to increase clues to memory location and even though there's a few Primacy is important as is sets the tone for learning.

Alot of good context in this module, from the ABCD's of learning to how important it is to debrief the students.

The environment is a big part of how students learn, the different colors an effect that can have on learning and how music can be beneficial if used correctly.

I've learned as an instructor your role is not only be a teacher, but facilitator and a learner. As the students get the best of you, they're set for success.

The importance of incorporating the different formats of lecturing, so the students can grasp the material being presented. 

The importance of making a good first impression and a respectful connection with students.
