With enough questions generated I can choose the most appropriate ones for the level of student I am instructing, and save the rest for later. <div class="river_content_display"><p>So far, as a new teacher,(6 weeks), I have had great success tailoring my approach and presentation of the course material, by asking the students for their observations, even if abrupt or potentially offensive, so that i can continue to improve in a beneficial way for them and their peers. I told them to be honest and not afraid to hurt my feelings. I need to be better. Of interest is the way that the children's observations and suggestions closely align with the suggestions made in the ED125 course. Students are more likely to pay close attention and retain more information with a frame of reference for the discussion such as handling the tools required to accomplish the task. Students are more likely to pay close attention and retain more information with a frame of reference for the discussion such as handling the tools required to accomplish the task. The students will then be better equipped to visualize what's being discussed even in the absence of a visual aid.&#160;</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->
