What are some of the ways to motivate students? I want to be an interesting instructor. Are there any recorses that i can use to help keep my students focus. I dont want to sit in a boring class all day. I am sure my students wont either. 

I Am usually one of the people who is arriving to work at the time i am supposed to be starting. Every since ive become a barber, I have keeped a wild schedual. i plan on getting myself into a rotine at home sthat will allow me to be more organized and better with my time
