I will continue documenting how to improve demonstartion methods. Also I will try to incorporate more case studies as this will give my nursing students more exposure to scenarios that will occur in clinicals.

I learned that it is important to set students up for success the first day. Be intentional. Also be certain to cover all aspects of the syllabus thoroughly to ensure students undertand their responsibilities and the scope of the work.

It is very important to keep a notepad or sticky notes on the computer. It ensures I am able to follow up with students needs. Also planning and creating a checklist provides a smoother class experience.

To be a model is so important! When you exude profesionalism and compassion in the classroom it provides students with the proper foundation.
