In the medical field our testing is more essay based, its more about knowing. There are certain things that I can use multiple choice for.

An educator who has mastered the subject area should be able to provide different ways for students to succeed and open up in class.

Expectations set standards for students to be able to succeed.

planning effective lessons help students stay engaged and keeps them on task.

You should always be learning and evolving

I believe and implement FIRE.  It keeps us current and up to date in our fields.

I believe as educators we have the unique ability to do hands on instruction online and in person with new tech.

How important it can be to allow students to customize their own instruction.

Being able to appreciate and being aware of diversity and cultures  is very important as it helps us understand one another and learn for each other.

Self Reflection is the first step to career management and how you see yourself progressing in a positive manner.
