				</div><div class="river_content_display"><p><strong>I agree that retention of students is very crucial, we are a Team Oriented Institution and if we cannot maintain from start to finish the retention-attention of our students we not only "Failed Them" but "WE FAILED AS A TEAM"!! When this happens then the "INSTITUTION FAILED". Our students count on us to be their mentors, sometimes in alot of aspects of their lives in and out of the class atmosphere, they set goals and we need that retention-attention to work across the board to help them achieve "The Goal".</strong></p>

Instructors are there to instruct, so whats the hold-up? why aren't they getting the material, the lessons, the lecture, and any other part of the education we should be providing them with? I do agree that a large percentage of their learning (in the beginning) falls on the instructors since we are the instructees, but the students have the responsibility to be accountable, through retention as well as the "TEAM" Organization all working&mldr; <span><a href='/blog/comment/7839/28912/2777' style='text-decoration:none;'>>>></a></span></p></div>					<!-- </p> -->

Our students count on us. How we perceive their "vision" is not as  important as how we help them reach it!!Then we are successful and so are our students.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

				</div><div class="river_content_display"><p><strong>I agree that retention of students is very crucial, we are a Team Oriented Institution and if we cannot maintain from start to finish the retention-attention of our students we not only "Failed Them" but "WE FAILED AS A TEAM"!! When this happens then the "INSTITUTION FAILED". Our students count on us to be their mentors, sometimes in alot of aspects of their lives in and out of the class atmosphere, they set goals and we need that retention-attention to work across the board to help them achieve "The Goal".</strong></p>

Instructors are there to instruct, so whats the hold-up? why aren't they getting the material, the lessons, the lecture, and any other part of the education we should be providing them with? Our students count on us. How we perceive their "vision" is not as  important as how we help them reach it!!Then we are successful and so are our students.</div>					<!-- </p> -->
