Students learn best when content is engaging, relevant, and supported with feedback. I will connect lessons to real-life, give quick feedback, and keep students engaged.

Effective teaching involves actively engaging students and building rapport. Instructor attitude plays a big role in creating a positive and supportive environment for the student's success. I will apply this by utilizing interactive teaching strategies, connecting material to real-life situations, and by building strong student relationships to keep them motivated and engaged.

I plan to apply this knowledge by arriving prepared, greeting students positively, clearly reviewing expectations, and by continuously supporting a positive learning environment.

I plan to apply this by setting clear expectations, organizing course content, and creating measurable objectives to help guide my students towards success. 

Through learning about teaching models, I have gained a deeper understanding of the instructor's role as a role model, manager, and motivator. I have also learned how important professionalism is in creating a positive learning environment. I intend to apply this by modeling professionalism in my clinical setting, effectively managing student learning, and motivating students to build confidence and critical thinking skills. I will use both communication skills and create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
