I think it starts from the first time the student is submitting work. I would send the student an email pointing out these discrepencies. Also I would reinforce the importance of correct grammer in the professional field.

This concept is new to me and though some may think this is a great idea. I, myself do not think that it is necessarily a good idea. I think using it would be a distraction to the information that teaching professionals are trying to get out. What do you think?

The communication barrier that I come across is calling the students. They receive so many calls from so many people who are trying to help however it becomes an issue because it's bombarding the student with so many calls. When I try to communicate with the students about the course that are exhausted by the many calls and they are not willing to talk. This limits my communication with them and I don't think that there should be so much communication. It comes off as harassing.
I been teaching for about five years now abd I have to say that what has been working for me is that I contact my student using what I would say is a combination of the various ways to communicate with my students. I use email and telephone to reach out to my students. I do find myself texting a lot more. I try to common Unisys the east that is best for the student unless it's really unreasonable.

Communication in the courses are very important. You really want to set the tone and make sure that the students are aware that if you need help that the instructor is present in the course. This can happen with continuous feedback.

Time management is a big thing not just for the students but the instructors as well. As an instructor I am still finding it very hard to get this time management down to a science. I will say that I have to do one thing at a time to fill like I accomplish a task. I do stress the importance of time management and even workload management to my students but I have to remember these lessons for myself as well

As I continue to learn what it means to truly be the best online instructor, I am also learning what it takes for the students as well. These are some of the things that I will take back to my class. If I put this message out in the beginning I think it will encourage my students to greatness. In the end isn't that what I want.

I know that we talk about time management with our students. This is imperative to the success of our students however time management with the instructors is just as important. I notice that it is very important to stay organize with the management of the courses that I teach. I can not be productive without this and this is what I teach my students
