Inspiring teachers and engaging students

Projecting your authority and presence and establishing a teacher/learner relationship in the classroom include practical strategies such as connecting with the learner via email and attaching a brief bio.

Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs

I appreciate the implementation of Maslow Hierarchy of Needs understanding that a student’s lower level Basic needs are ‘high’ on their “need to do’ list.  Understanding this theory lends a new perspective on how to approach the student.

Engagement and student interaction is important to curating a successfully e-Learning experience.  Also being knowledgeable of the material and operating system.

I am excited to move forward with the new platform, sharing content by combining asynchronous and synchronous communication.

My students enjoy exchanging quotes during our morning huddle, so decided to share a teaching quote with my peers.

Enjoy and make it a great day :)
