The new teaching strategy must be explained to students first. Students should understand the benefits of a flipped class for it to work.

Use various delivery methods to include the differen tlearning styles.

Tell students about yourself and have them share something about them. By sharing information it gives the teacher an opportunity to get to know the students and students become more comfortable in the class.

It is important to start class on time(get there early) and be prepared.

Be a role model and treat students with respect. Bea on time, be prepared for class and dress professionally.
