A leader’s personal history, character, motivation, and experience influence how they lead, but followers also play a critical role through their <strong>expectations, trust, competence, and motivation.</strong> I also learned that the situation shapes the type of leadership required. I intend to apply this framework by becoming more intentional in how I assess each leadership context, understanding my team’s needs, building trust, and adapting my leadership approach according to the people involved and the specific challenges we face.</p></div>					<!-- </p> -->

Me llevo especialmente los cuatro principios: <strong>ofrecer propósito, generar y sostener confianza, fomentar esperanza y obtener resultados.</strong> También comprendí que liderar implica conocer al equipo, escuchar, comunicar una visión clara y crear condiciones para que las personas puedan crecer.
