Active listening works best when you put everything out of your mind to truly hear what the speaker is saying and not posting judgement or trying to compare but to really put yourself in the other persons shoes and try to understand where they are coming from. 

It is important to be aware of the way your face my look or your body language because people may mistake it for something that you dont really mean or want them to think causing issues in the workplace or school.

I learned that in order to positively handle stress and prevent myself from burning out i need to have a healthy work-life balance and to have healthy hobbies and interests outside of work.  Also to be able to positively be able to address the stress by talking to someone about it and practicing breathing techniques or taking a walk when i feel like i am becoming overwhelmed.  

I plan to stay positive and manage my time accordingly so that i do not get burnt out
