Students with learning preferences are more able to comprehend the material and instruction being given. Each student has a different way of learning and comprehending, where as students with learning challenges experience more difficulty in processing the information.

Language represents an important part of one's culture. It could be more than one languages learned are practiced, but we communicate by using different languages, and this represents a huge part of our speaking, instructing and learning.

Culture and race are two different things. Each one of us has a culture or an adaptive culture. We are born into a race that we cannot change, and so it is important to be aware and be mindful of each other's race or culture.

Let's start with extrinsic motivator. As most students like to get reward for doing the least amount of work, this would be a good category. However, if doing the task each time just to get a reward, this would not be considered as healthy learning.

On the other hand, an intrinsic learner will do what it takes to be successful without thinking about a reward, and that is why this class of motivators are always successful.

From this module I have concluded that students learn best when they are secure within themselves, as well as when they have some form of autonomy. If students are being told what to do all the time without getting the students' input, they will never feel like they are part of the learning process.

Many employers, employees, students have difficulty managing stress, but one simple way to address and reduce stress is to discuss your feelings with a trusted co-worker. Instead of holding onto stress, talking about it can open doors to reduce stress.

In our present world conditions, it will be difficult to live a stress-free life. We can eliminate or have a reduction in stress but we will not be able to live stress free. This module points out a number of ways to eliminate and or reduce stress, but that will also take so me time to do, knowing that we have been hanging on to the old ways of living and surviving with stress at home or in the workplace.

This module have taught me some life lessons about stress. In some cases depending on how stressful is the situation, stress can kill you. Another factor that was discussed is stress from administration. This makes on the job performance difficult.

As instructors, it is important that we find ways to use our time wisely and efficiently. Prioritize our list, Set time limits for important tasks; so at the end of the days 95% of important tasks are completed.

Time is the master of everything, and if an instructor are not in control of his or her time as it relates to teaching and student learning; the instructor will not be considered to be an effective leader. Time is wasted when we do not prioritize.
