Designing learning experiences that cater to different learning styles and individual goals within the course framework is crucial. This approach shifts the role of the instructor from merely providing instruction to guiding students in acquiring information for real-world application.

Employing a blend of methodologies involving collaboration, cooperation, and the experiential learning theory enables students to assume a more active role in their learning environment. This approach fosters higher-level thinking, leading to a deeper understanding of the material.

I learned that effective communication and group engagement is vital for the success of transformative and collaborative learning.

Participation, engagement, and instructor support is vital in online courses and student success.
