Industry is always evolving and my students have shared ideas and information about our industry that I find very useful. 	<div class="river_content_display">Prior to getting hands on practice, we lecture , demo and discuss the tasks at hand. It is difficult to reach all students due to differant learning styles. I try to break items down to the pure basics and let those who need more input ask their questions. I can always tell who puts in the effort to learn a subject when we get to practice lab. I then target those who don't really understand the subject matter for one on one teaching/learning.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

Jumping into a project then wanting to rely on the instructor to walk them through is ok 1 time, but they have to learn where to get the information when no instructor is at their place of employment. Others at work will tire of doing thier work for them.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

What I have learned it is almost always better for the newst generation to do multi task assignments. I find more work is done, less time spent being bored, and better cooperation from the class as a whole. Surprised me very much.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

Each studnet has differant morals, values, and ethics depending on how they were raise and by whom.I personally was influeanced alot by my grandparents ideas and values.So as a teacher we must embrace any and all ideas to get our students to learn.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

A straight forward approach to start the dialog I think works best but does that fit the person you are trying to coach? I have found that if I get the individual to first but into the reasons for a coahing session the easier it can be to get to the root of why it is needed, at that time we can be truthful, honest and open in our dialog to resolve any issues that are to be discussed.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

If the department is close, have the same agenda and focus, there is more harmony. To facilitate this the leader must be interactive with his employees, and not sit back to see what happens, this will cause more problems then needed. I try to break items down to the pure basics and let those who need more input ask their questions. I can always tell who puts in the effort to learn a subject when we get to practice lab. I then target those who don't really understand the subject matter for one on one teaching/learning.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

Jumping into a project then wanting to rely on the instructor to walk them through is ok 1 time, but they have to learn where to get the information when no instructor is at their place of employment. What I have learned it is almost always better for the newst generation to do multi task assignments. I find more work is done, less time spent being bored, and better cooperation from the class as a whole. Surprised me very much.</div>					<!-- </p> -->

A straight forward approach to start the dialog I think works best but does that fit the person you are trying to coach? I have found that if I get the individual to first but into the reasons for a coahing session the easier it can be to get to the root of why it is needed, at that time we can be truthful, honest and open in our dialog to resolve any issues that are to be discussed.</div>					<!-- </p> -->
