Reviewing personality assessments in this class was very beneficial. I’ve used similar tools with my pharmacy students to help them better understand their communication styles and how they work with others in a fast-paced pharmacy setting. Understanding, practicing, and emplamenting are all important and beneficial steps that need to be taken.

FERPA is a very touchy subject and isnt always easy to find away around it. However it does help us as instructors as well as general personal understand that ALL privacy needs to be handled with the up most care.

Learning more about teamwork, collaboration & time management has been a big eye opener as well as a AHA! moment for me. Seeing the different techniques, different tools & the focus I can apply in my class has helped me start planning and finding resources that I can incorporate in my class both online and in person. Im excited to start come Monday with my students. 

The information that I have obtained from this is how to be open, responsive in not only a positive but a personal matter with the students, as well as other peers. Being in the students' seat has taught me to put myself in their shoes. One of the many tools that I will be implementing for my class will be my feedback, to checkpoint the learning of the students growth, the pre assessments, and the rewrite of questions as the scenarios. There are many more little details but to list them all I will be here all day.
