Hi everyone, having taken this course enabled me to further explore opportunities to improve the way that I develop courses as an SME (subject matter expert) and also understand the back of the house features as to what has developed a quality course, which also mirrors the one such of a live traditional course. We do see value in also adding futuristic features such as web conferencing as well, which I do in one of my courses a couple of times a month. i hope that this serves as motivation to others in using this course as good learning module.

I truly got challenged by many of the features here, even with over 8 years of college/univeristy experience in teaching. I did learn quite a few factors within the markets in our schools and comrehend now the reality of where they come from and how we can truly engage them, while maintaining a high retention rate.

I do see that there is a very well diversified group in each of the courses that I have taught. I do see many concerns in each class, and also I do see that now, the classes are getting more international (meaning, my students are not just from the US). Culture is a main concern as well as experiences. Respect is high however when it comes to learning about cultures and posts on how hospitality, for instance is in other parts of the world. The adult learner has had experience, yet you will find some have not had experience yet,… >>>

These are great overall and I think that I wil certianly see about takig a follow up to the ED 101 course, as this was very helpful in geting started.
