Communication is very important and as an instructor it is important to provide quick responses and reminders throughout the term to ensure the students are maintaining the pace of the class.

Getting better understanding of synchronous vs. Asynchronous and how they are different and both provide something beneficial to the student.

Getting familiar with available technology tools so you can know which tool is best suited for the assignment.

Instructors need to use various methods to evaluate their course delivery and content to adjust for quality improvement.

Providing good thorough feedback of any kind can be helpful when the students are encouraged to read and review to ensure further learning with future assignments.

Syllabo need to be dynamic. Ours are not currently and we need to find ways to convert.

Keep modules and wording similar in description and design.
