It is interesting to know that classroom management can be just as challenging with e-learners as in-person learners.  Also, did not think about how to deal with disurptive students online.  Will take the time to become familiar with my campuses policies with e-learners

Learning the difference between synchronous and asynchronous meetings and how important student particiaption is for the students, both were helpful learning tools

I learned the importance of beign present throught microphone or camera to help the student feel more comfortable and connected to the learning process.

I am thankful I have had some exposure to online teaching with other institutions I have been employed by.  Familiarity is welcome and will give me the confidence I need to be effective in the virtual classroom.   I am thankful for this course's availability to assist me with becoming more competent with this new teaching tool

Definietly food for thought, plan to integrate some of what was learned into the traditional classroom setting.  I struggle at times with the amount of information required for the students to know in such a short period of time.  Technology on campus would be a challenge to flipping the classroom, however other components could be incorporated, perhaps sending out the PP prior to class, then spending time discussing the PP rather than just lecturing at them.
