I am a new instructor at the Miller-Motte Technical College in Lynchburg, VA. Currently I'm teaching the Career Management class and thoroughly enjoy seeing the potential and the thoughtfulness of my students. They continue to impress me with their motivation and ideas.

Throughout this online course I learned alot of compliance procedures and regulations, as well as what is appropriate and/or not appropriate to speak about with students regarding advertising, recruitment, financial aid, and so forth. I applaud the company for setting up this training module for us. The information is relevant to all areas of employment within the company.
The support I would appreciate would be a course that is more applicable to my course of instruction or general instruction. For example, perhaps there could be a module where we are offered and, in turn, we offer ideas on how to incorporate more… >>>
I firmly believe that ongoing training is critical, no matter what your career field. Especially in this day and age of computer technology, social media, and hand-held devices like smartphones that allow us to access information instantaneously. As technology evolves, so do we--in every sense--mentally, perhaps spiritually, physically--and as we evolve as individuals, as a society, as a world, our career fields evolve and change as well. Therefore, in order to stay up-to-date and compliant with regulations, it's crucial that we take the time to learn the new rules and regs, procedures, and other components that help us stay present… >>>
