I like the building confidence worksheet. Its something everyone struggles with but being able to know what the block is and how to overcome it can help land the job

I like the worksheets to be able to use during workshops. This will have the students dive a little bit deeper into the understanding the importance of preparing for the interview and how to find the right cultural board.

Working alongside the students in a healthy balanced way to motivate them and be their cheerleader but also working on them to be able to have self motivation and celebrate their own accomplishments by using their own reward system.

I will utilize the SMART goal worksheet but add in the "ER". Also setting goals for following through like having an accountability partner.

I think being able to align goals with learners motivation is important. Also to know what failures they had in the past with a goal to help overcome those negative effects.

Understanding the reality of goals if they are short term or long term and understanding the realistic expectations of both. Also understanding how external factors can cause stress to make them feel unattainable.

I can integrate AI into coaching to make peer to peer interactive learning, give additional resource material but will explain the importance of continually just using AI as a tool and to not completely rely on it. Human interaction is still at the forefront, especially in allied health careers. Also ensure that the content is accurate, unbiased, and appropriate for the target audience.

I plan on utilizing AI more for engagement in the classroom for mock interviews and peer role playing

As a Director of Career Services I still plan on having the face to face interaction in the classrooms to give resume guidance and interview prep information to be able to best assist them but I will give websites and guidance on how AI can help better prepare them to learn about a company they are  interested in and can dive deeper into the meat and potatoes of what they need to know in less time.

Learned the basics of generative AI, including how AI tools work, prompt writing, ethical use, limitations, and practical applications for communication, productivity, and problem-solving.
