I learned that motivation is closely tied to relevance, connection, and encouragement. Students are more likely to stay engaged when they understand how the material supports their personal or career goals and when they feel valued by their instructor. I plan to apply this by creating learning experiences that connect course content to real-world applications, recognizing small wins, and maintaining consistent positive reinforcement to keep students inspired and focused.

I learned that keeping the focus on students means recognizing their individual needs, motivations, and challenges throughout the learning process.
