My role is to make sure that students are connected with the paperwork for accommodations, the committee hears it and responds. It is vital in this case to connnected and communicate.

Accommodations are specific to the student and the need of the student. It is not a one size fits all. What works for one, may not be what is needed for another. It is vital to work individually with the students to provide reasonable accomoations.

As with any student, we must continue to look at the individual student in determining need. Each person with each need will be different for the student. 

This module reinforced the importance of resonable accommodations and the process to determine what those are. Further, it helped support the continued need on the part of the student to communciate their requests/needs to the appropriate college individuals to be reviewed and potentinally approved for accommodations.
