I get the sence that mindfulness might be increased with a bit of meditation after reviewing the content. I get the impression that we take things too quickly, and slowing down to refocus our thoughts leads to increased midfulness.

In some ways, going through stressful situations can help increase your emotional resilience, but only if you take the time to reflect on the event without brooding on whatever went wrong, and instead on what could be done to improve.

As with most adults, I tend to have a lot on my plate; I beleive it's important to regularly take time and slow down, put yourself in a relaxing environment, and find something that brings you joy to offset the stress built up throughout the workweek.

Most people should take some time to reflect on how useful both positive and constructive feedback can be beneficial; too frequently, and especially with inexperienced team members, employees become defensive when you present feedback. I believe setting an expectation of peer-to-peer feedback in the workplace and an open environment which welcomes constructive criticism is a productive one.

I liked the goal setting lessons for the most part, they reinforced my belief that my previous workplace did not truly set SMART goals despite their insistance on doing so. I do feel motivated to complete smaller goals to give myself additional motivation more regularly as well - while not sacrificing the long-term goals I have established for myself.
