I learned that critical thinking skills should be expanded in the classroom so that the student is career ready once they are in the work force. 

I learned that making effective deliverables can help determine if material being taught is getting through to the students.

I learned the importance of being prepard for class and how to be an effective instructor. 

Assessments should contain elements of the materials that were discussed in class. Not all assessments are the same. 

Use essential that instructors use effective assements in order to show that students are comprehending the subject. There are various forms of assessments that can be used besides tests to help instructors know if students are understanding the material. 

Effective questioning can lead to student engagement and allow teachers to know whether students are comprehending the subject. I will make sure that the questions I ask students are engaging and not just open ended. 

I learned that everyone has different learning styles, however they should try and use more learning styles besides their dominate style. When creating lessons, projects, etc. I will incorporate variious learning styles so that all learning styles are being met.
