Given the investigations, bad press, student dissatisfaction and closures...what can leaders do to move through this to get back to work serving students????

Many of you have been in the industry a long, long time.  What are the most significant changes you have seen in this profession?  What changes do you anticipate?

Kolt, Great question. Below the line does not necessarily mean that the answer will be positive. The idea with "staying above the line" is that your question does not put the person on the defensive or make them feel judged. Given that, how can you rephrase your question to eliminate any judgment? Dr. Jean Norris
Kolt, Great questions to start a conversation. How do you know these are effective? What are some questions you can ask to gain more in depth information about your student? Dr. Jean Norris
Berenice, Interesting! How does this match up to what you learned about your generational style? Dr. Jean Norris
DAHLIA, Excellent! Great perspective! Thank you for all your posts in the forum! Dr. Jean Norris
