Totally agree Kathy Webb, especially when you are having to work with students on a daily basics.  We can learn from each department and be able to work as a TEAM to be able to assist the student in the best possiable way. Everyone inputs counts and everything we do each day counts too but at the end of the day is about effective collaboration from each other. That the way you can achieve succesful results.
