Create a lesson plan based on the variable level of knowledge that the class may have....and be flexible to change where and when needed.

Make sure that you put the class at ease so that everyone feels like they are part of something equally and not nervous for engagements.

Being prepared will be one of the most important things to keep you alligned along with your classroom setting alligned. Stick to your your plan and put that plan to paper.

Make sure that all aspects of your deliverance and development to the classroom maintains professional at all times.

Very important that you keep your self up to date with technology and that lesson plans along with delivery is up to date aswell or you'll lose your audience or may become bored.

Make sure you find out exactly what guidance/standards you have from local/state and federal agency's prior to developing your LP's and Objectives.

If you plan on making lesson plans make sure you utilize time management that coenside with the actual lesson plans.

Should always plan to have a baseline test to fully understand the classrooms knowledge of the information being taught.

Make sure that the information being delivered is a collaborated and amongst multiple faucets vs one person has shown to produce a positive assessment in the information being delivered.

Make sure that all questions are equally important and know the level of question that is being asked to the student/class.
