It is important to know the difference between feedback and judgment. Often times it can be hard to keep your personal opinions about how someone handled things to yourself. It is critical in these relationships between a career counselor and student.

I'm going to work on improving my relationships with my students. This will require allowing for additional time in appointments so that we can identify potential issues and co-construct solutions.

I loved the chart that allows us to compare the requirements across different accrediting bodies for verifying employment.

I enjoyed seeing how definitions of placements can heavily impact your institutions verification results and processes.

I found the different gainful employment perspectives interesting. I have always just thought of it in the traditional sense.
