New job, new skill, or a willingness to help others or even for the money. But what keeps them is the way inwhich they learn. One cannot teach passively, it is an aggressive sport of sorts, with a set of plays, various strategies and a goal for the team. We coach and direct and get in there and demonstrate to set an example. We can only judge the results by how much content we delivered, were we passionate, clear and fun to be around… >>>

Being excited about a course makes sharing it easy and great teaching is clear sharing of interesting content. That is an emotional key to the memory. When fully immersed in a subject, with clear details of how a concept lives and breathes, the memory solidifies an emotional thread to the information. I think that confidence is reinforced by replaying that emotional connection to the information that was presented so thoughtfully in multimedia, print audio and visually and graphicly. so diversity in approach can reinforce memory retention.

@msbsmith :Why does a student come to class? This is the bottom line to several answers.

Integrity comes out in our voice, our appearence, and our willingness to help them transition to a new future in a career that you (their instructor ) have enjoyed working in yourself. These are the indicators of genuine quality which can't be falsified as if you were acting in a play. Ones path has to be heartfelt or it will show up and students… >>>

The course just refreshed all those common sense techniques that work to build success in the classsroom.
</metadata>
