Building a program to ensure a smooth "hand off" from Admissions to Faculty is a critical component of student retention. We must remember that every student that enrolled, did so because they are not happy with current position in life.

We must support our students. Students need to be engaged . The staff and faculty needs to be the wind at there back, pushing them towards success.

We need to ask questions from our students. Then we have to listen. When a student makes an attempt to open up to us, we Must be there to listen.

We all go through stressful phases in life. Some some may be able to handle high levels of stress. Where some don't possess that ability. As a team, it's our responsibility to provide assistance.
