This is why I believe that feedback is best given through a compliment sandwich. We first give information that a person would be more open to usually about their positive behaviors. Then give the bitter news of where performance can be improved, finishing it off with how this behavior will look in the future when corrected and the future benefits. Then give an appraisal of some of the positive things this person brings to the team. All systems need to be tested and continuously reviewed. Links do not always stay available if that are not archived accurately and in these reviews these issues can be rectified. I have found that in teaching and presenting that the same is true. A prepared set of material to be covered in each days lecture helps an instructor to give the perception of being prepared and ready for the task at hand. Also a good outline of the information to be covered assures that material should not be missed as well. This is why I believe that feedback is best given through a compliment sandwich. We first give information that a person would be more open to usually about their positive behaviors. Then give the bitter news of where performance can be improved, finishing it off with how this behavior will look in the future when corrected and the future benefits. Then give an appraisal of some of the positive things this person brings to the team. 	<div class="river_content_display"><p>In my experience I have seen an LMS get implemented without any form of testing, this caused a huge customer service issue for the individuals taking the course and the instructors that had to lead this course as well. All systems need to be tested and continuously reviewed. Links do not always stay available if that are not archived accurately and in these reviews these issues can be rectified. I have found that in teaching and presenting that the same is true. A prepared set of material to be covered in each days lecture helps an instructor to give the perception of being prepared and ready for the task at hand. Also a good outline of the information to be covered assures that material should not be missed as well. This I believe brings some consistency to the course you can assure that it is being taught the same every time.
