There are many Bill Gates in our society. However, we have very few of them in educational field because teaching is not rewarding field as it is now. It is not rewarding because:
-	 You are paid less for tremendous amount of work you do. Remember teachers are busy all the time including weekends.
-	 The teaching career is not highly respected 
-	One is not famous in the country for being a teacher. I am not demanding a celebrity status for teachers but Ã¢â&#130;¬Â¦.
-	Etc

That is good response. Let me make myself clear. Obviously one needs degree and experience in certain area. My point is that degree and experience must be coupled to talent with talent weighing more. That is why I would like to differ on your point that goes as "I do agree that degree and experience should hold more weight than talent alone" 

I say talent should weigh more. To give you one good example where talent outweighs degree, take Bill gates. Someone can have more or higher degree than someone else and yet poor mastery of the subject matter which can result in poor imparting of knowledge in that specific area. I think the Federal law does not extend special treatment for disabled students after the age of 21. There are many Bill Gates in our society. However, we have very few of them in educational field because teaching is not rewarding field as it is now. It is not rewarding because:
-	 You are paid less for tremendous amount of work you do. Remember teachers are busy all the time including weekends.
-	 The teaching career is not highly respected 
-	One is not famous in the country for being a teacher. I am not demanding a celebrity status for teachers but Ã¢â&#130;¬Â¦.
-	Etc

That is why I would like to differ on your point that goes as "I do agree that degree and experience should hold more weight than talent alone"

I think the Federal law does not extend special treatment for disabled students after the age of 21.
