Agree with Christy, on how to handle people who talk over others and command the meeting.

Being able to identify the problem, think about the solution, what are the outcomes of solution and review over the results.

Really enjoyed the Reflective Thinking. Have a time for students to reflect on their progress, accomplishments and struggles. So that they can reflect on what they want to change and what worked well for them. As an instructor ask and reflect the same about the class.

As an instructor I can pose more questions to my students to help them develop their critical thinking.

Critical Thinking is a process and we also need to help our students. This can be done by giving time and effort, we can also ask questions to get them to think.
